Islamabad, Feb 5: The 1320 MW Sahiwal Coal-fired Power Plant, operated by Huaneng Shandong Ruyi (Pakistan) Pvt. Ltd., celebrated the Chinese Spring Festival, also known as the Lunar New Year, with a unique fusion of Chinese and Pakistani cultures. This year’s celebration of the Year of the Snake was particularly special as Chinese and Pakistani employees came together to mark the occasion.
CEO Dr. Li Xin and President Xu played a key role throughout the festivities, showcasing their appreciation for the staff and emphasizing the company’s dedication to unity and collaboration. The atmosphere on the evening of the Spring Festival was reminiscent of Pakistan’s Chaand Raat, a tradition where families gather in joyful anticipation of the holiday.
