Severe urban flooding is likely to hit major cities of Sindh until 10th September, according to weather updates. Heavy downpours may disrupt urban life in Karachi, Hyderabad, and other low-lying areas.

Flash flooding is also expected in the nullahs of DG Khan, Rajanpur, Dadu, Qambar Shahdadkot, Jamshoro (Kirthar range), and Sindh Makran coast within the next 36 hours, posing serious risks to residents.

Meanwhile, the River Sutlej at Ganda Singh Wala continues to experience an exceptionally high flood level due to water release from Indian reservoirs. Authorities have issued alerts for surrounding villages.

In addition, the River Indus at Guddu is forecasted to reach High to Very High Flood levels on 10th September, raising concerns of large-scale flooding across Sindh.
