At-Tahur Limited’s (PSX: PREMA) Board of Directors has accorded its approval for establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary company.
The proposed wholly owned subsidiary company will be engaged in trading of materials including but not limited to maize silage, maize corn, bypass fat etc., the company said in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Friday.
The establishment will be subject to applicable regulatory approvals and in compliance with laws of Pakistan, the notice said.

The principal activity of PREMA is to run dairy farm for the production and processing of milk and dairy products.
