The MDCAT exam has been officially rescheduled across Pakistan due to the severe flood situation.

According to the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC), the decision was taken on the instructions of the Federal Health Minister after reviewing the impact of the floods on students and examination centers.

PMDC announced that the MDCAT exam which was earlier planned for this month, will now be held on Sunday, October 26 nationwide.

Earlier, The NUMS MDCAT 2025 was rescheduled in light of the ongoing heavy rains and floods across the country. The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) had announced that the medical and dental admission test which was earlier set for September 14 will take place on Sunday, September 28.
