Pakistani singer Chahat Fateh Ali Khan is pursuing legal action against a UK restaurant after it posted footage of him being egged at their Blackburn venue in June, despite initially claiming no video existed.
The attack occurred outside Paratha Stop following a June 19 performance, where masked men threw eggs and struck the singer’s head. The restaurant later shared the clip on Instagram seeking public help to identify the assailants.
Khan expressed outrage at the restaurant owners, Erum and Faiz, for lying about the video when he approached them to support a potential police complaint. He revealed receiving threatening calls from unknown numbers and plans to submit these to authorities.
