United Bank Limited (UBL) has announced that customers can now open new bank accounts on Saturdays, further expanding its weekend banking services.
This follows the bank’s earlier initiative in July, when it became the first in Pakistan to keep selected branches open on Sundays. These branches operate for six hours, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., providing convenience to customers who cannot visit during regular weekdays.

With this move, UBL has effectively extended its services to seven days a week, underscoring its commitment to greater accessibility and customer convenience.
