NADRA new offices are being set up in Sindh to make ID cards, passports, and documentation services easier for the public, ARY News reported. A total of 13 new offices and mega centres will be established across different cities to improve access for people.

The decision came after a high-level meeting between Sindh Chief Secretary Dr. Asif Haider Shah and a NADRA team. The meeting also discussed digital property transfers and land record systems. Dr. Shah said the Sindh government is moving toward digital governance and will soon offer online property transfer facilities.

NADRA and the provincial government have agreed to strengthen cooperation, especially in rural areas where access to services is limited. Mayor Karachi, Murtaza Wahab, confirmed that NADRA counters will be expanded in every union council of the city. He made this announcement during the opening of an upgraded registration centre at Babar Market, Landhi.

As part of the expansion, mega centres are being developed in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Gulberg, and Surjani Town. These centres will offer modern facilities such as wheelchair-friendly access, bigger seating areas, and better service counters.
