Authorities have uncovered 139 online platforms allegedly involved in the Pakistani citizens’ data leak. According to the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), the networks included 18 apps, 17 websites, two YouTube channels, 75 Facebook pages, 10 Instagram accounts, 12 Telegram channels, and 10 TikTok accounts.
Officials said some operators also used WhatsApp groups and Facebook pages to sell leaked data, often scamming buyers with fake information.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has completed its findings, and cases will soon be filed with arrests expected.
