Pakistan’s pride, Arslan Ash has once again proven why he is considered the greatest Tekken player of all time, winning his seventh Evo championship at Evo France 2025.
The world’s top fighting game event, held in France, saw over 1,100 competitors in the Tekken 8 category, but none could stop Arslan’s unmatched dominance. With this victory, the Pakistani e-sports legend has solidified his name as the undisputed Tekken 8 champion globally.
“I may be the one holding the trophy, but this win belongs to everyone who believed,” Arslan Ash wrote in a heartfelt post after his victory.
During the tournament, Arslan powered through the Losers Finals, defeating Ireland’s Fergus McGee 3-0 before facing South Korea’s JeonDDing in an intense Grand Final. Despite starting from the lower bracket, Arslan overcame JeonDDing 3-1 to reset the bracket and then claimed the final set with another dominant performance.

This marks Arslan Ash’s seventh Evo title, the most by any Tekken player in history. His latest win adds to his legacy of victories at global tournaments including Evo Japan, Evo Las Vegas and Evo 2024.
