Flyadeal, Saudi Arabia’s low-cost airline, has officially started its flight operations to Lahore, marking another milestone in its growing presence in Pakistan. The new route makes Lahore the fifth destination of flyadeal in the country, further strengthening air travel links between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.

The inaugural flight F3 655 from Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport touched down at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport to a warm welcome. The aircraft received a traditional water cannon salute, followed by a small ceremony attended by airline and airport officials. Crew members and passengers joined in the cake-cutting event celebrating the occasion.

According to the airline’s press release, flyadeal will operate two weekly flights between Riyadh and Lahore. With this addition, the airline now offers a total of 18 flights every week connecting Saudi Arabia with five major cities in Pakistan; Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Sialkot, and now Lahore. These routes have been launched gradually since February this year.
