Construction on the T-Chowk Flyover Islamabad is progressing rapidly, with officials confirming that around 60% of the development has been completed. The flyover is expected to be opened for public use by early December, aiming to provide smooth and signal-free travel between GT Road and the federal capital.

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi recently visited the construction site to review the ongoing work. He expressed satisfaction with the pace and quality of development, while directing the authorities to ensure that strict construction standards are maintained throughout the remaining stages.

According to officials, multiple teams are working around the clock to ensure timely completion. Once operational, the flyover will allow commuters traveling from GT Road to enter Islamabad without stopping at traffic signals, which will greatly help in reducing congestion during peak traffic and school rush hours.
