Pakistan’s veteran leg-spinner Yasir Shah has hinted at his retirement from cricket after an impressive 17-year career.

The star bowler revealed that he plans to make his final decision after meeting officials from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

Speaking to a private TV channel, Yasir said he is not taking part in domestic cricket this season and wants to retire respectfully after discussions with the board. “I’ll talk to the PCB and then decide about my retirement,” he stated.

Reflecting on the national team’s performance, the Test spinner praised the players for their recent wins in T20 matches and expressed full support for teammate Mohammad Rizwan, saying all players back him despite captaincy changes.
