The ongoing dispute between PIA management and the Society of Aircraft Engineers of Pakistan (SAEP) has led to significant disruptions at airports across the country, affecting flight schedules.
Passengers at various airports, including Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport, have reported delays and cancellations of flights.
Sources indicate that PIA flight PK 303, scheduled from Lahore to Karachi, was cancelled. In addition, PK 305, the Karachi-bound flight, experienced a six-hour delay.
Meanwhile, the flight from Dammam to Lahore, PK 248, was delayed by an astonishing 22 hours. Further disruptions saw flights PK 302 and PK 306, both coming from Karachi to Lahore, being cancelled as well.

The ongoing tensions between PIA’s management and SAEP have raised concerns over the future stability of flight operations within the country.
