Islamabad, Feb 11: The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) chairman, Lieutenant General (Retd.) Akhtar Nawaz Satti, has provided an estimated timeframe for the announcement of the CSS 2024 results, stating that the results are expected to be declared in the last week of April 2025.
This information was shared during a hearing at the Islamabad High Court, where Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani was considering a petition requesting a delay in the CSS 2025 exams until the results for CSS 2024 are announced. Among the petitioners was Hamza Javed, who was represented by Advocate Ali Raza.

FPSC Chairman Satti clarified that the petition was denied, as candidates would still have future opportunities to appear in the exams, regardless of the timing of the CSS 2024 results. He also pointed out that one of the petitioners had already exhausted all attempts, meaning they would not be directly affected by the delay. The chairman further assured the court that the FPSC had made arrangements for 88 exam halls across the country and had already dispatched the required papers to these centers for the upcoming exams.
Meanwhile, Additional Attorney General Munawar Iqbal Duggal argued that the CSS 2025 exams, scheduled for February 15, could proceed as planned, even if the previous results were still pending. He also raised concerns about potential confidentiality issues if the exams were delayed further. After considering the arguments from both sides, the court has reserved its judgment on the matter.
