Islamabad, April 01: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has raised the price of indigenous liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) by Rs. 0.54 per kg, leading to an increase of Rs. 6.40 in the price of an 11.8 kg domestic cylinder for April 2025.
In a notification issued on March 31, 2025, OGRA set the consumer price of LPG at Rs. 248.37 per kg for April. Consequently, the price of an 11.8 kg domestic cylinder has been adjusted to Rs. 2,930.71, compared to Rs. 2,924.31 in February 2025.
The regulator outlined that the total marketing, distribution, and transport margins remain at Rs. 35,000 per metric ton, with Rs. 17,000 allocated for marketing, Rs. 10,000 for distribution, and Rs. 8,000 for transportation.
Earlier this month, OGRA had reduced the price of an 11.8 kg domestic LPG cylinder by Rs. 72.57.
