Islamabad, Apr 7, 2025: For the 2025–26 academic year, all public and private schools in Rawalpindi have introduced six fresh subject streams for Grade 9 admissions.
Students are being provided with full information regarding these new subject groups, along with the necessary admission forms.
Those advancing from Grade 8 have been given a three-day window to discuss their options with their parents before finalizing their stream choice.

New Subject Groups Classes for these newly introduced streams will commence on April 11.
The newly offered streams include:
Matriculation in Natural Sciences
Matriculation in Computer Science
Matriculation in Health Science
Matriculation in Agriculture
Matriculation in Fashion Designing
Matriculation in Arts
Each stream consists of five mandatory subjects: Translation of the Quran, English, Urdu, Islamiat, and Pakistan Studies.
