Islamabad, 28 April 2025: Pakistani TikTok personality Mr Patlo has reportedly been detained at Dubai International Airport during a layover while travelling to Qatar. He was on his way to attend a digital influencers’ gathering in Doha.
Although details remain unclear, the incident has quickly gained attention on social media. So far, neither UAE authorities nor Mr Patlo’s legal representatives have issued an official statement.
Known for his lavish lifestyle and popular live sessions on TikTok, Mr Patlo was said to have been stopped before boarding his connecting flight to Qatar.

The female influencer reportedly connected to the videos is believed to be based in the UAE, and the allegations suggest this could be linked to Mr Patlo’s detention.
Mr Patlo had accepted an invitation to the event in Doha from fellow influencer Rajab Butt.
Speaking emotionally on social media, Rajab shared that convincing Mr Patlo to attend had not been easy due to prior licensing and scheduling concerns.
However, after some discussion, Mr Patlo had agreed to travel.
The situation became concerning when the person assigned to receive Mr Patlo at Doha Airport noticed he had not arrived. It was soon discovered that he had been held back in Dubai.
