The victory pushed the Kings to third in the league standings with just two group matches remaining.
After being sent in to bat, Lahore Qalandars posted a competitive 160 for eight in their 20 overs. Their opening pair, Mohammad Naeem and Fakhar Zaman, provided a strong start.

Despite the fiery opening, the rest of Lahore’s batting faltered against disciplined bowling. Abbas Afridi emerged as Karachi’s key performer with the ball, claiming four wickets for 27 runs.
He received assistance from Hasan Ali, Mir Hamza, and Aamir Jamal, who picked up one wicket each.
Due to a weather interruption, Karachi Kings were set a revised target of 168 in 15 overs. The chase remained tight throughout, but a blazing unbeaten 48 from Irfan Khan turned the tide.
The right-hander struck two fours and five sixes in just 21 balls, guiding his team home with three deliveries to spare.
