Islamabad, 8 May, 2025: During a session of the National Assembly, Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar emphasized the country’s collective resolve in facing recent escalations with India.
Addressing fellow lawmakers, he stated that the entire nation stands firmly united in the face of external pressure, particularly in light of recent provocations.
According to the minister, Pakistan has consistently shown solidarity during moments of national challenge, underlining that unity is the nation’s greatest strength.

He drew a symbolic comparison, noting that when all parts of the nation come together, they form a force strong enough to withstand any aggression.
Minister Tarar also reflected on past military encounters, suggesting that Pakistan’s armed forces had delivered a strong and timely response to adversarial actions, particularly referencing incidents involving India’s Rafale fighter jets.
He remarked that previous attempts at provocation had been met with effective defense, which had impacted the adversary’s morale.

In a light-hearted tone, he alluded to the famous “fantastic tea” episode, implying that while the last conflict had ended in retreat for the opposing side, this time, their response had only escalated to drone surveillance attempts.
Tarar concluded that such actions would not shake Pakistan’s confidence and stressed the importance of remaining alert but composed during times of heightened tension.
