Islamabad, 12 May, 2025: Youth Empowerment Forum 2025 is now welcoming applications from emerging and experienced youth leaders worldwide for a transformative leadership gathering in Geneva, Switzerland, scheduled from September 4 to 7, 2025.
The event, hosted by the Center for Global Dialogue and Leadership (CGDL), reflects the priorities of both the European Union’s Youth Strategy (2019–2027) and the United Nations’ Youth2030 agenda.
It is designed to foster international cooperation, empower youth voices, and inspire innovative solutions for sustainable development.
Who Is Eligible to Apply?
Individuals aged between 16 and 46, regardless of nationality or professional background, are encouraged to submit their applications. Eligible applicants include:
- University students and recent graduates
 - Early-career professionals
 - Civil society representatives and NGO workers
 - Journalists, researchers, and policy analysts
 - Anyone committed to creating meaningful social change
 
Language proficiency certificates or previous experience are not required, making the Youth Empowerment Forum 2025 accessible to both first-time participants and seasoned advocates.
Selection and Support Categories
Participants will be chosen based on their dedication to youth advocacy, leadership potential, and interest in global affairs. A total of 150 seats are available, divided into:
- 40 Fully Funded (competitive selection)
 - 30 Partially Funded
 - 30 Standard Admission
 - 50 Self-Funded
 
Fully funded delegates will receive airfare, meals, lodging, and a Geneva public transport pass. Additional perks include visits to the United Nations headquarters and CERN, as well as leadership training and certification.
Application Process and Deadlines
Applications must be submitted online by June 25, 2025, through the official CGDL website. A $15.99 processing fee applies.
Packages range from $499 for standard access to $999 for full benefits, with an optional $120 visa support letter.
