Islamabad, May 14, 2025: Supernet Limited (Supernet) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Azercosmos, the national space agency of Azerbaijan, which enables joint business development in the wider Central Asia, Middle East and Africa Region.
Under the MOU, the companies will leverage each other’s strengths and capabilities to jointly develop solutions for a wide range of customers in the identified markets.
Supernet has a rich history of providing satellite-based communication solutions over multiple platforms to a wide range of customer base. Azercosmos operates a growing fleet of satellites which provides coverage over attractive markets for satellite services.
Supernet and Azercosmos have partnered to support end customer networks in Pakistan over the last few years, and the companies have now agreed to expand their relationship to the regional market.
The MoU was officially signed in the presence of Management and business teams from both Supernet and Azercosmos and held in-depth discussions focused on long-term collaboration, mutual growth, and joint technology ventures.
This initiative will primarily explore joint endeavors in satellite communications, data services, and advanced space technologies combining Supernet’s technical expertise with Azercosmos’ growing infrastructure.
The two organizations aim to develop scalable, cutting-edge solutions tailored for different customer segments in emerging markets.
This strategic collaboration marks a significant milestone in Supernet’s vision to expand its operations beyond national borders and establish a strong international existence.
