In a major digital leap, the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has streamlined the NADRA B-Form online applicationI process through its Pak ID Mobile App, eliminating the need for long queues and office visits for parents.

NADRA B-Form Now Just a Few Clicks Away

The Child Registration Certificate (CRC), commonly known as the B-Form, is essential for school admissions, passport issuance, and international travel for minors.

Traditionally, getting this certificate involved tiresome paperwork and in-person appointments.

Now, thanks to NADRA’s tech upgrade, parents can apply for the NADRA B-Form online from the comfort of their home.

Step-by-Step Guide to Apply for NADRA B-Form Online

Here’s how you can get your child’s B-Form without visiting a NADRA office:

  1. Log in or create a Pak ID account via the mobile app.
  2. Tap on “Apply Now” and choose “Issuance of Identity Document.”
  3. Select “Identity Card” and then “Child Registration Certificate (CRC).”
  4. Enter your 13-digit CNIC number to begin the application.
  5. Review the pre-filled details and select your processing preference.
  6. Upload the child’s photo and your digital signature.
  7. Enter the child’s details and submit the required documents.
  8. Verify one parent’s fingerprints.
  9. Review and submit the application.

Once submitted, the B-Form can be downloaded directly from the Pak ID Mobile App.

Important Notes for Parents

  • No Deadline: Parents can apply for the B-Form anytime. There’s no official cut-off.
  • Fees:
    • Standard Processing: Rs. 50
    • Executive Processing: Rs. 500
  • In-Person Visit Required: If the child is over one year old, parents must still visit a NADRA office for fingerprint verification.
