Islamabad, May 20, 2025: The United Kingdom, France and Canada have strongly opposed the expansion of Israel’s military operations in Gaza.
According to a joint statement issued in Ottawa, British Prime Minister Sir Keir, French President Emmanuel Macron and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney called on the Israeli Government to stop its military operations in Gaza and immediately allow humanitarian aid to enter Gaza.
The leaders of the three countries warned that if Israel does not cease the renewed military offensive and lift its restrictions on humanitarian aid, they will take further concrete actions in response including sanctions.
