Islamabad, May 21, 2025: Pakistan’s star javelin thrower and Olympic medalist, Arshad Nadeem, has joined hands with PTCL Group in a new partnership aimed at supporting his athletic career both at home and abroad.
The agreement was signed during a ceremony held in Lahore. PTCL Group’s Vice President, Saifuddin Khan, and Arshad Nadeem formally signed the memorandum of understanding, confirming the group’s continued backing of the athlete.
Speaking on the occasion, Saifuddin Khan said, “We fully trust Arshad because he has the courage to aim high and the will to achieve great things. PTCL will stand beside him in all upcoming international events.”

He further stated that PTCL would provide Arshad with financial support for his training abroad, helping him prepare for major competitions.
Arshad, expressing his gratitude, said, “PTCL has been with me since the beginning, long before I became known. Their support has been constant, and I’m grateful.” He further added, “It’s time to show the world the true spirit of Pakistan.”

During the event, a documentary was screened highlighting Arshad Nadeem’s achievements. As a gesture of appreciation, PTCL presented him with a personalized jersey. The partnership reflects PTCL’s ongoing commitment to promoting sports and backing athletes who bring pride to the nation.
