Islamabad, May 22, 2025: The Sindh Education Department has announced that all schools and colleges across the province will observe summer vacations from June 1 to July 31, 2025.
According to the notification issued, both government and private schools and colleges will observe the holidays during this period. All academic activities in these institutions will remain suspended throughout the two months.

This decision comes as temperatures continue to soar in Karachi and other parts of Sindh. The authorities took the step to ensure the safety and well-being of students and teaching staff during the peak summer heat.
In addition, the KP government has also announced summer vacations in both public and private schools from from June 1 to August 31 in in the summer zone and from July 1 to July 31 in winter zones.
