Islamabad, 2 June, 2025: Islamabad IT Park is set to transform Pakistan’s digital future as the country gears up to inaugurate its most advanced technology hub on August 14.
The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), operating under the Ministry of IT and Telecom, has officially opened pre-launch bookings for this landmark facility.
State-of-the-Art Infrastructure Spanning 720,000 Sq. Ft
Spread across an expansive 720,000 square feet, Islamabad IT Park has been purpose built to accommodate over 120 businesses, including startups, tech exporters, and IT enabled service (ITeS) firms.

The building comprises two basement levels, a ground floor, and nine upper stories each designed to provide modern, high functioning workspaces.
In addition to standard office areas, the park will house a fully-equipped startup incubation centre with 15 dedicated offices and offer professional support in areas such as legal compliance, marketing strategies, and financial planning.
Academic and Industry Collaboration
A standout feature of the facility is the Industry Academia Linkage Centre, designed to bridge the gap between educational institutions and the corporate sector.
This initiative aims to enhance skill-building programs, support talent development, and ensure that fresh graduates are industry-ready.
Pakistan’s First Tier III Data Centre
One of the most significant elements of Islamabad IT Park is the country’s inaugural Tier III Data Centre. Constructed to meet international standards, the centre will offer high-end security, redundant systems, and uninterrupted operations boosting digital reliability for local enterprises and multinational clients alike.
This data facility is poised to play a critical role in elevating Pakistan’s position in global tech outsourcing and cloud-based services.
Advanced Amenities for Business Growth
