Islamabad, June 2, 2025: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has announced the public auction of Bahria Town’s immovable properties to recover defaulted amounts under plea bargaining, as per Section 33-E of the National Accountability Ordinance, 1999.
The auction is scheduled for Thursday, June 12 at 11:00 AM at NAB’s Regional Office, near Lal Masjid, Islamabad.
The properties up for auction include:
- Bahria Town Corporate Office, Plot No. 7-E, Park Road, Bahria Town Phase II, Rawalpindi
- Bahria Town Corporate Office II, Plot No. 7-D, Park Road, Bahria Town Phase II, Rawalpindi
- Rubish Marquee and Lawn, Bahria Garden City, near Bahria Garden City Golf Course, Islamabad
- Arena Cinema, Plot No. 984, Board A, Bahria Town Phase IV, Rawalpindi
- Safari Club, Plot No. 27, Safari Villas I, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi
A pre-auction briefing session will be held two days before the auction at the NAB Regional Office near Lal Masjid, Islamabad, for all interested buyers.
