Islamabad, 3 june 2025: TikToker Sana Yousuf was tragically killed in an apparent targeted shooting inside her Islamabad residence, according to a police report filed by her mother.
The Sumbal police station has formally registered the case following the incident that unfolded on Monday evening.

Family members reported that Sana was at home with her mother and uncle when an unidentified gunman entered the premises around 5 p.m. and opened fire. The assailant shot Sana twice in the chest before fleeing the scene.
Efforts were made to save TikToker Sana Yousuf, as she was rushed to a nearby hospital, but she succumbed to her injuries shortly after arrival. Her mother stated that the perpetrator could be recognized if apprehended.

Law enforcement has completed the post-mortem examination and released the body to the family. The remains of TikToker Sana Yousuf have been transported to her hometown of Chitral for burial, as investigations continue into the motive and identity of the attacker.
