Islamabad, June 9, 2025: The federal government is preparing to reduce the super tax on large corporations in the upcoming budget, according to reliable sources. Companies earning an annual profit of Rs. 150 million will continue to remain exempt from super tax.
As per insider reports, the super tax on companies making Rs. 200 million in profit is expected to be reduced from 1% to 0.5%. For firms earning Rs. 250 million annually, the super tax is likely to be set at 1.5%.
