Islamabad, June 14, 2025: Vivo has added a new device to its T4 lineup—the T4 Ultra, which brings high-end features typically found in premium phones while keeping the cost within a mid-range bracket.
The standout elements of this model include a sophisticated telephoto lens, top-tier processor, and an advanced screen setup.
Design & Display
The T4 Ultra showcases a 6.67-inch OLED display that curves on all sides. It delivers a crisp resolution of 1260p+, supports 10-bit color output, and refreshes at 120Hz. This is the most luminous screen in the T4 family, offering a peak local brightness of 5,000 nits and a global peak of 1,600 nits, making it ideal for use in bright environments.
Slim and elegant, the handset measures just 7.43mm in thickness and weighs around 192 grams (slightly more for the Phoenix Gold edition at 193g). A glass back panel adds a premium touch. The phone is also IP64 certified, providing basic protection against dust and water. A fingerprint scanner is embedded beneath the screen. Available shades include Meteor Grey and Phoenix Gold, and the phone is locally assembled in India.
Performance & Software
Under the hood, the device runs on the Dimensity 9300+ chip, a top-end processor that also powered Vivo’s flagship X100s Pro last year. Storage and memory options include:
- 8GB RAM + 256GB Storage
 - 12GB RAM + 256GB Storage
 - 12GB RAM + 512GB Storage

All variants feature LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage for high-speed data handling. A 43.62cm² vapor chamber helps control heat during heavy tasks. The T4 Ultra operates on FuntouchOS 15, built over Android 15, and will receive two major system upgrades along with three years of security support.

Camera Capabilities
Photography is a major strength of the T4 Ultra. It houses a 50MP primary shooter (Sony IMX921 sensor, 1/1.56” size) with f/1.88 aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS). The highlight, however, is its 50MP periscope-style telephoto macro lens, capable of 3x optical zoom and 10x macro magnification, featuring both OIS and EIS for steady captures.
The rear setup is completed by an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and an Aura Light for enhanced lighting. On the front, a 32MP camera with an f/2.45 lens is ready for selfies and video calls.

Battery Life & Prices
Powering the device is a 5,500mAh battery, which supports 90W rapid charging. Though it has the smallest battery in the T4 range, it strikes a good balance between performance and a slimmer design.
The pricing structure is as follows:
- $445 for the 8GB+256GB model
 - $470 for the 12GB+256GB variant
 - $490 for the 12GB+512GB edition
