Islamabad, June 14, 2025: According to details, following the special directions of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, all DIGs, SSPs, and SPs met with police officers stationed at various checkpoints. They appreciated the hard work and dedication of the officers and provided them with cold beverages to boost their morale.
In line with the IGP Islamabad’s directives, cold drinks are being distributed to officers on field duty to protect them from the effects of the weather and to keep them refreshed.
On this occasion, senior police officers stated that the officers safeguarding the lives and property of citizens in extreme heat are our heroes. All officers of the Islamabad Police are committed to protecting the public, regardless of personal discomfort.

They further stated that harsh weather conditions cannot become an obstacle to the determination of Islamabad Police officers. Neither intense heat, sunlight, nor other seasonal challenges can weaken their resolve and courage.

They added that the police officers are ensuring the safety of the city with great spirit and high morale. On this occasion, senior officers also encouraged the police personnel stationed at the checkpoints.
