Islamabad, June 15. 2025: Redmi is gearing up to launch its latest flagship smartphone — the Redmi K80 Ultra, and excitement is building fast. Just hours after the brand teased the upcoming device, a prototype has surfaced on Geekbench, revealing key performance insights and core specifications.
According to the listing, the Redmi K80 Ultra will be powered by MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9400+ chipset, designed for top-tier performance. The tested unit featured a hefty 16GB of RAM, suggesting a high-end configuration, though a 12GB variant is also expected at launch.
The device scored 2,679 in single-core and 8,358 in multi-core tests, hinting at flagship-level performance. While pre-release benchmarks may not always reflect final results, these figures point to a very capable handset.
Running Android 15 with Xiaomi’s sleek HyperOS, the K80 Ultra is shaping up to be one of the first Android 15 phones on the market. The phone is also certified to house a massive 7,270 mAh battery, which is expected to be marketed as either 7,400 mAh or 7,500 mAh — offering extended usage for power users.
Design-wise, the Redmi flagship 2025 is expected to feature a large 6.83-inch flat OLED display with a “1.5K” resolution for vibrant visuals. Adding to the premium experience, it includes an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, a 50MP triple rear camera system, and 100W fast charging support.
