Islamabad, June 17, 2025: In a significant move to improve public service delivery, NADRA has expanded its biker service in Karachi, increasing the number of mobile units from three to eight. This expansion is designed to ensure faster and more efficient home-based CNIC services across all districts of the city.
Citizens in Karachi can now conveniently access key services like CNIC renewal, issuance of B-forms, and other registration-related needs without visiting NADRA centers. The upgraded biker fleet aims to cut down waiting times and ease the process for families, senior citizens, and individuals with mobility challenges.
Speaking on the development, Karachi Regional DG Amir Ali Khan confirmed the addition of five new biker units. He also revealed the launch of an extensive roadshow campaign to raise awareness about the Pak-ID mobile app, NADRA’s digital solution for secure and contactless identity services.
To encourage app adoption, NADRA teams are actively engaging with the public through sessions at universities, shopping malls, and community spaces. Technical upgrades have also been made to the Pak-ID system to address past performance issues, enhancing user experience.
