Islamabad, June 17, 2025: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has suspended seven Umrah companies. Hajj Ministry says, these companies failed to provide proper transport for pilgrims.

The ministry found they did not follow the rules mentioned in their approved service plans.

This action is part of Saudi Arabia’s efforts to improve services for pilgrims and visitors of the Prophet’s Mosque.

Officials took strong steps. They suspended operations and used bank guarantees to cover transport for affected pilgrims.

This ensured that the pilgrims received proper service without more problems.

The ministry said it will not allow any company to break contracts or show poor performance.

It confirmed its goal to protect pilgrims’ rights and offer the best service quality possible.

Companies must follow all rules and offer services on time, the ministry said.

This aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to improve every step of the pilgrim journey.

The ministry also warned all Umrah firms. They must stick to their approved programs and schedules.
