Islamabad, June 23, 2025: In a strange turn of events, a journey meant to be a routine road trip from Gujranwala to Karachi turned into an unexpected solo adventure — but not the kind anyone hopes for.

According to news reports, a man travelling with his family stopped at the Jaranwala service area on Motorway M3 for a short prayer break. But in his rush to get back on the road, he made a shocking oversight: he drove off — without his wife.

It wasn’t until 20 kilometers later that the husband noticed something was very wrong and panic set in when he realized his wife wasn’t in the car. Without wasting more time, he dialed the Motorway Police Helpline 130 for help.
