Islamabad, June 25, 2025: Gold rate in Pakistan increased on Wednesday following eight day streak of downturn.

Today’s upturn is due to favorable movement in the global bullion market. As per the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the cost of gold per tola went up by Rs. 300, reaching Rs. 354,665.

The 10-gram gold rate also saw a rise of Rs. 258, settling at Rs. 304,068. This rebound comes after a steep dip recorded on Tuesday, when the price per tola fell by Rs. 3,800.

On the international front, gold prices gained $3, now standing at $3,330 per ounce, which includes a $20 premium, according to APGJSA.

Domestically, silver rates also witnessed a rise of Rs. 26, now priced at Rs. 3,764 per tola.

Analysts attributed this upward movement to changing investor sentiment and fluctuations in global demand. Market observers are closely monitoring the situation, as gold price in Pakistan continue to adjust to both domestic and international pressures.
