Islamabad, July 7, 2025: Punjab Emergency Services Department (Rescue 1122) has announced new job vacancies for its Headquarters and Emergency Services Academy (ESA). The department invites dynamic, disciplined, and qualified individuals to join their mission of saving lives and serving humanity.
Applications are open for multiple posts including Emergency Officers, Admin Officers, HR Officers, Planning Officers, Physical Instructors, and Sanitary Supervisors. The positions range from BPS-8 to BPS-17 and are available on a one-year contract basis, extendable based on performance.
Key positions include:
- Emergency Officer (BPS-17) – MBBS or B.Sc Engineering graduates (15 posts)
- Admin Officer (BPS-17) – MBA or Master’s in Social Sciences with Armed Forces background
- Emergency Officer HR (BPS-17) – MBA/MPA in HR
- Assistant Officers HR & Planning (BPS-16) – Master’s in HR or Economics/Statistics
- Physical Instructor (BPS-12) – Intermediate/DAE with instructor certification
- Sanitary Supervisor (BPS-8) – Middle pass with 10 years’ Armed Forces experience
Age Requirements: Vary by position (ranging from 20 to 50 years)
Candidates must apply online through the Central Testing Service (CTS) at www.ctspak.com or via the Rescue 1122 official site www.rescue.gov.pk before the deadline of July 22, 2025. Printed applications must also be sent to CTS via post.
The recruitment process includes written, psychological, physical, and skill tests. Successful candidates will undergo final interviews at the Emergency Services HQ in Lahore. A valid medical fitness certificate and lab tests are mandatory during the interview stage.

Important Note:
- Candidates with poor eyesight, color blindness, BMI above 30, or positive tests for Hepatitis B/C, HIV, or RPR will be disqualified.
- No age or qualification relaxation, except a 5-year upper age limit for existing ESD employees in administrative roles.
