Islamabad, July 8, 2025: In a hit and run case, a fast-moving SUV listed under the ownership of JDC Foundation’s Syed Zafar Abbas, hit a motorcycle near Ancholi, leaving two young men severely injured.
As per reports, the vehicle was being operated by Abbas’s driver, Raib Raza Naqvi, during the accident. The injured young boys, Abdul Ahad, 18, and Hanif, 19, are cousins. Ahad’s condition remains extremely serious.
The crash took place when the overspeeding SUV, with the registration number LEH-0110, struck the motorcycle and escaped from the spot. Bystanders managed to retrieve the number plate, which detached during the crash.

Both victims were immediately shifted to a medical facility on Sharae Faisal. Later, they were moved to another hospital for advanced medical attention.
Syed Zafar Abbas reportedly visited the initial hospital and assisted in transferring the injured to the second healthcare center.

SHO Samanabad Rana Ajmal mentioned that after the incident, both the vehicle and the driver were swiftly removed from the location.
Law enforcement officers reached the hospital to take the statements of the injured, but due to their serious conditions, statements could not be recorded.
