Islamabad, July 17, 2025: United Bank Limited (UBL) has shared that some of its selected branches will now also be open on Sundays.
In an update shared on its social media pages, the bank mentioned that these branches will operate for six hours on Sundays. The working hours will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“Banking services available for you every day of the week,” the message on UBL’s social media said.
Many banks already keep a few branches open on Saturdays, but opening branches on Sundays for customers is a relatively new development.

Banks in Pakistan are making extra efforts to serve their customers as competition is growing. Recently, UBL announced that its selected branches will now have extended hours, operating from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
