Fellowship Benefits
- Full-time 4-year employment contract as a predoctoral researcher

- Years 1 & 2: €20,681.72
- Year 3: €21,813.76
- Year 4: €26,631.30
- Relocation support of up to €2,500 (flight + two-week accommodation)
- Postdoctoral opportunity (POP contract) of up to 12 months with €28,253.76 salary if PhD is completed early

Who Can Apply?
To qualify for the PhD Fellowship 2025 in Astrophysics at IAC in Spain, applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s + Master’s degree in Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering
- Meet ULL PhD admission criteria: At least 300 ECTS with 60 at Master’s level
- Have a minimum final score of 7.0/10 (or 7.5 for combined Bachelor’s + Master’s)
- Hold a degree awarded on or after January 31, 2022
- Show proficiency in English (B1 or higher) or Spanish
