1. Deputy Manager Warehouse
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete warehouse operations aligned with company standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatches and inventory management.
- Implement FEFO (First Expiry First Out) strategy for raw materials and finished goods.
- Coordinate with procurement for raw material management.
- Optimize VTAT (Vehicle Turnaround Time) for efficiency.
- Handle 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) negotiations and performance.
- Ensure safety, incident prevention, and zero-tolerance for theft or substance abuse.
- Maintain proper shift-wise operations and reduce operational losses.
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
