Islamabad, July 31, 2025: The Punjab government has launched the second phase of its innovative Punjab Agriculture Internship Program, designed to empower fresh graduates in the agricultural field.
This initiative launched under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif aims to boost agricultural output by offering hands-on field training along with a generous monthly allowance to 2,000 young individuals across the province.
Program Details
Branded with the slogan “Maryam Nawaz ka Khwab – Sona Ugalta Punjab,” this program focuses on involving young experts in practical farming activities to uplift the agricultural sector—especially in areas that often receive less support.
- Number of Interns: 2,000 agriculture graduates
- Monthly Allowance: Rs. 60,000
- Phase: Second stage following the successful execution of the first
- Managing Department: Punjab Agriculture Department

Eligibility Requirements
- Applicants must fulfill the following conditions to qualify:
- Hold a B.Sc. (Hons) in Agriculture or Agricultural Engineering
- Must be 25 years old or younger on the closing date
- Must hold Punjab domicile
