Islamabad, Aug 7, 2025: The MDCAT 2025 registration process is officially live, bringing a wave of excitement for students aiming to secure a seat in medical and dental colleges across Pakistan and abroad.

Registration Timeline & Fee Structure

Starting from tomorrow, candidates can access the PMDC official portal to complete their registration. The last date to apply with the standard fee is August 25, 2025. Students who miss this deadline can still apply by September 1, 2025, but they will have to pay a late fee.

Here is the fee breakdown:

  • Standard registration fee (Pakistan): Rs. 9,000
  • Late registration fee (Pakistan): Rs. 13,000
  • Fee for international students in Riyadh: Rs. 45,000
  • Late fee for Riyadh applicants: Rs. 55,000

This year, there’s a slight increase in the registration charges compared to the previous year.

MDCAT 2025 Exam Date & Provincial Conducting Bodies

The MDCAT 2025 exam date is set for Sunday, October 5, and will be held simultaneously in different provinces under the supervision of designated universities:

  • Punjab: University of Health Sciences (UHS)
  • Sindh: Sukkur IBA University
  • Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Khyber Medical University (KMU)
  • Balochistan: Bolan Medical University

Each university is responsible for ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of the examination in its respective region.
