Islamabad, Aug 8, 2025: The Punjab government has unveiled the T-Card, a new free travel card designed for Metrobus and Orange Line commuters, offering a hassle-free and cashless travel experience for eligible citizens.

As per the Punjab Mass Transit Authority (PMA), the T-Card acts as a digital fare solution across all major public transport systems in the province. This move is part of the broader e-Transit Punjab initiative, aimed at modernizing public mobility services and enhancing passenger ease.

With this unified card, commuters can now board both Metrobus and Orange Line trains without needing individual RFID cards or paper tokens. The system is expected to reduce congestion and shorten waiting lines at ticket booths.
