Islamabad, Aug 12, 2025: Gold price in Pakistan fell on Tuesday, with the 24-karat gold rate per tola slipping by Rs. 500 to Rs. 358,300, as reported by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA).
The price of 10 grams of 24K gold went down by Rs. 429, closing at Rs. 307,184, while 10 grams of 22K gold were available at Rs. 281,595.
In the global market, gold saw a slight dip of $5, reaching $2,356 per ounce. Meanwhile, silver prices in Pakistan stayed the same, with the per tola rate of 24K silver at Rs4,013 and 10 grams at Rs. 3,440. International silver rates remained stable at $37.80 per ounce.

Experts believe the decline in gold prices in Pakistan is linked to minor corrections in the global bullion market, changes in the interbank exchange rate, and seasonal demand patterns in the local jewelry sector.
