KARACHI – August 13, 2025: The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has announced that 14 designated banks will keep their selected branches open on Saturday, August 16, 2025, to facilitate the collection of Hajj 2026 applications from intending pilgrims across the country.
According to the SBP, this decision was made at the request of the Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony to ensure smooth and timely submission of applications.

The designated bank branches will remain operational from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on the given date, enabling applicants to submit their forms without facing delays.
This special arrangement is part of the government’s efforts to streamline the Hajj application process and provide maximum convenience to citizens.
