Gold Rates in Pakistan dropped on Tuesday, following a slight increase in the previous session, reflecting both local and international market trends.
As per the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the rate of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs1,100, settling at Rs356,600. Meanwhile, the cost of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs943, reaching Rs305,727. On the global front, international gold also saw a dip, with prices per ounce sliding by $11 to $3,339.
In contrast, silver rates in the local market remained unchanged. The price of 24-karat silver per tola stayed firm at Rs4,031, while 10 grams held steady at Rs3,455.
