The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) has introduced a new online E-challan review system, allowing citizens to rectify incorrect electronic traffic fines conveniently. Residents can now submit complaints, upload proof images, and request instant verification directly through the official portal at echallan.psca.gop.pk.

This initiative streamlines the correction process, eliminating the need for email-based complaints. Once a complaint is submitted, PSCA’s verification team conducts on-site checks, and if the error is confirmed, the e-challan is promptly cancelled. Registered users can also view all pending fines and related images in one place.

To increase accessibility, e-challans are now sent via SMS and WhatsApp to mobile numbers linked with the Excise and Taxation Department. This step ensures transparency, convenience, and faster resolution for citizens.

This online system is part of PSCA’s effort to digitize traffic management and provide a hassle-free process for the public. Similarly, other government initiatives, such as NADRA’s online job applications, demonstrate Pakistan’s push towards digital services. Citizens can now apply for government jobs via the Pak ID mobile app, sign in with Single Sign-On (SSO), and submit applications directly from their smartphones.
