A strict advisory has been issued by the Director Education, Colleges Division Sargodha, against the running of academies in the college time. The notice was issued following reports that some professors of government colleges teaching at private academies during official time and this is against the regulations and ethical conducts.

All Principals of the government male and female colleges in Sargodha Division have been asked to implore strict supervision within their institutions. Any faculty member caught teaching privately during college time will be dealt with strictly as per the government guidelines.

The advisory is clear about the following directives:

Avoid any such activity among staff members in their colleges.

Immediately report to the faculty doing academy work at official time.

The notice points out that non-compliance will be regarded as acts of negligence on the part of the Principal and this may lead to harsh administrative measures. It is also being told that the very running of the academies in college time is affecting the quality of education given by the government run institutions as well as the trust in the system.
