According to a recent Gallup International survey 89% of Pakistanis are ready to defend their land in case of a war. The study which was conducted by Gallup Pakistan with the help of Gallup International was sample-based in line with the representative samples of approximately a thousand men and women all over Pakistan. The number of participants involved in the study, 46, 007 in total, and 44 nations participated in the survey across the world, which is quite high and makes it one of the biggest comparative surveys.
The results demonstrate that Pakistan is easily in the top four countries of the world regarding the willingness to fight to the country. Since the average figure is 52 percent, there is a strong result in Armenia when 96 percent of the population is found to be satisfied with the current living conditions. Saudi Arabia has a close result of 94 percent followed by Azerbaijan at 88 percent, and Pakistan at 86 percent. This puts Pakistan far ahead in patriotic commitment as compared to the rest of the world.
As compared to other countries, neighboring India, 76 percent of its citizens were ready to fight, which is 10 percent lower than the Pakistani figures. Iran was next in the list with 74 percent, which was approximately 12 percent less than Pakistan. These outcomes demonstrate how nationalistic Pakistan is in the event of upholding sovereignty.
